Anyone have tips on #OvenCooking with a #LeCreuset 3-Ply #StainlessSteel Deep #Casserole 24cm/6L #pot?
I’ll be using it for the first time tomorrow to cook a deboned lamb leg & vegies.
It’s a little intimidating… the booklet that came with it:
Don’t let salt hit the bottom, don’t cook high, just low & medium, don’t use as much liquid etc etc.
