Tiny cascades along the River #Ilse in the town of #Ilsenburg for #WaterfallWednesday. Further upstream, on the slopes of the Brocken, the #river forms the famous Ilse-Fälle #cascades (the closest thing we have to a waterfall around here) which I've shared in previous posts.

Travel today in the Northern #Cascades:

- Bluett Pass: snow tires or chains required
- Snoqualmie Pass: snow tires or chains advised, oversized vehicles prohibited
- Stevens Pass: same as Snoqualmie
- White Pass: same as Snoqualmie

Travel advisory: strong winds and snow accumulation up to 8", don't go unless you have to.

I'm super lucky that there's a route from Ellensburg to Wenatchee that is *not* Bluett.
