To do it, open all the truck doors, move every key fob at least 50 feet away from the vehicle, and leave it that way for at least two hours. This forces the RFH module to reset.

After doing this, the map location issue was fixed. Definitely an oddball problem, but hopefully this helps someone else troubleshooting #CarPlay or Android Auto issues in a Ram truck.
