Wonderful day had by all. #Kilkenny for parade, ferris wheel ride and delicious Turkish food then back to #Carlow the very long way, stopping at Paddy’s Pub, up over Mount Leinster at sunset, Ducket’s Grove in the dark (very spooky) and finally a pint of Kilkenny Draught and a Buskers whiskey at our local, Corcoran’s, the oldest pub in #Carlow. 9PM and this old guy is finishing up early, as he started with homemade brown soda bread with a bit of ham and cheese. Good night all. Happy St Patrick’s Day ☘️ links to follow.
