Does anyone I know have access to the internal HR documentation at Fox News?

I'm curious about the career ladder documentation, and whether "DUI conviction" comes before or after "Cabinet secretary".

Good, useful read on career management. This line, in particular: "Sometimes, the best way to get ahead is to move sideways". I can totally vouch for it, given that I moved laterally, from client-side corporate communications (what I started my career with) to a PR agency-side role after the first 6+ years of my career. In hindsight, it was one of the best moves I made since it opened my thinking and perspectives tremendously.
