@jfmezei I don't think that's fair to Mr. Guilbeault. My interpretation of his actions is that he decided the Transmountain Pipeline Expansion was a necessary evil in order to bring in the #CarbonTax. He was ready to make that compromise, but left cabinet once #MarkCarney zeroed out the tax and made it clear that more pipelines were likely.

Poilievre keeps screaming that the carbon tax is “a levy on everything,” but here’s the actual list of countries that have one, including conservative governments that aren’t melting down about it.
And Canada’s version used to come with a rebate for most families.
