Sei ore per visitarlo, un’intera area trasformata in destinazione e un obiettivo dichiarato: superare il milione di visitatori l’anno. In Svizzera, e dove sennò, sta per arrivare il primo parco a tema cioccolato. A Broc, nel Canton Friburgo, è infatti in programma la realizzazione del Parc du Chocolat Cailler, un progetto che — come racconta SiViaggia — punta a riscrivere il modo in cui si visita (e si consuma) uno dei simboli gastronomici del Paese. L’apertura ufficiale è prevista per il 2030, con alcune anticipazioni già tra il 2027 e il 2028.
Non si tratterà di un museo né di una semplice fabbrica visitabile. L’idea è costruire un percorso dove il cioccolato diventa racconto, spettacolo e partecipazione. Chi entrerà potrà seguire tutte le fasi della lavorazione, dal cacao al prodotto finito, partecipare a laboratori con maestri cioccolatieri e, naturalmente, degustare. Ma soprattutto fermarsi: il progetto è pensato per essere vissuto con lentezza, non per una visita mordi e fuggi.

Dietro l’iniziativa c’è Maison Cailler, marchio fondato nel 1819 e ancora oggi attivo che punta a trasformare la tradizione in attrazione globale. Non a caso il parco si estenderà su circa 30mila metri quadrati e includerà anche hotel, ristoranti e spazi dedicati al relax, in un formato sempre più vicino a quello dei grandi poli turistici tematici. Tra le installazioni previste ci sarà una serra tropicale, la “Cacao Greenhouse”, dove verranno coltivati alberi di cacao per mostrare l’origine della materia prima, ma anche un “flying theatre” pensato per aggiungere una dimensione spettacolare all’esperienza, con un sorvolo virtuale dei paesaggi svizzeri. Il messaggio, però, è più ampio del singolo progetto: con l’aumento del turismo cosiddetto esperienziale, anche il cibo diventa narrazione e intrattenimento. E il cioccolato, in questo caso, si presta perfettamente.

Six hours to visit it, an entire area transformed into a destination, and a declared goal: to surpass one million visitors a year. In Switzerland, and where else, the first chocolate-themed park is about to arrive. In Broc, in the Canton of Fribourg, the Parc du Chocolat Cailler is planned, a project—as SiViaggia reports—aiming to rewrite the way one visits (and consumes) one of the country’s gastronomic symbols. The official opening is scheduled for 2030, with some previews already planned between 2027 and 2028.
It won’t be a museum or a simple, visitable factory. The idea is to create a route where chocolate becomes storytelling, spectacle, and participation. Those who enter will be able to follow all the stages of the process, from cocoa to the finished product, participate in workshops with master chocolatiers, and, of course, taste. But above all, to stop and linger: the project is designed to be experienced slowly, not for a quick in-and-out visit.

Il Fatto Quotidiano: Eredità Agnelli, il giudice di Thun rigetta la richiesta degli Elkann che volevano radicare la giurisdizione in Svizzera
Gli Elkann perdono un altro round nella battaglia legale familiare con la madre Margherita Agnelli. Il tribunale di Thun, in Svizzera, ha rigettato la richiesta di John, Lapo e Ginevra, la cui intenzione era far valere la giurisdizione elvetica nell’iter per la successione di Marella Caracciolo, madre di Margherita e nonna dei tre Elkann. Una proposta, avanzata in particolare da John Elkann, che il tribunale ha respinto. L’istanza non entrava nel merito di testamenti e accordi, ma puntava solo a definire la residenza effettiva e il “centro degli interessi” di Marella Caracciolo a Laenen, località nel Cantone di Berna “al fine di ottenere l’accertamento della validità del testamento di quest’ultima, della loro qualità di eredi e dell’esclusione della loro madre da tale successione” sottolineano fonti legali vicine a Margherita Agnelli che informano che il giudice di Thun ha condannato John, Lapo e Ginevra Elkann a pagare le spese processuali (circa 886mila euro) e le spese di lite alla stessa Margherita (997mila euro). “Prendiamo atto – commenta dal canto suo il team legale degli Elkann – della decisione del tribunale. John, Lapo e Ginevra Elkann sono determinati a difendere la propria posizione nei prossimi procedimenti di appello davanti all’Alta Corte di Berna“.
Per gli avvocati degli Elkann – i procedimenti a Thun, e la decisione emessa oggi dal tribunale di primo grado, non hanno alcun impatto sulla validità del Patto successorio e dell’accordo del 2004 fra Marella Caracciolo Agnelli e Margherita Agnelli de Pahlen (la figlia – ndr). In conseguenza di tali accordi, Margherita Agnelli non è erede di Marella”. Non di questo parere i legali di Margherita Agnelli, secondo i quali “tale pronuncia è destinata ad avere rilevanti riflessi sui procedimenti attualmente pendenti, tra cui quello civile di Torino, nell’ambito del quale i giudici saranno chiamati a pronunciarsi anche sulla successione di Marella Caracciolo, nonché sui procedimenti penali che vedono, tra gli imputati, John Elkann per i reati di dichiarazione fiscale fraudolenta e di truffa aggravata ai danni dello Stato, in relazione alla residenza fittizia in Svizzera di Marella Caracciolo”.

The Elkann lost another round in the family legal battle with their mother Margherita Agnelli. The Thun court, in Switzerland, rejected John, Lapo, and Ginevra’s request, which aimed to assert Swiss jurisdiction in the Marella Caracciolo succession proceedings – Marella being Margherita and the three Elkann’s mother and grandmother. A proposal, particularly advanced by John Elkann, that the court dismissed. The petition did not address wills and agreements but only sought to define Marella Caracciolo’s actual residence and “center of interests” in Laenen, a municipality in the Canton of Bern, “in order to establish the validity of her will, their status as heirs, and exclude their mother from that inheritance,” according to legal sources close to Margherita Agnelli who inform that Judge Thun ordered John, Lapo, and Ginevra Elkann to pay the court costs (approximately €886,000) and litigation expenses to Margherita (€997,000). “We acknowledge – comments the Elkann legal team – the court’s decision. John, Lapo, and Ginevra Elkann are determined to defend their position in the upcoming appeals before the Bern High Court.”
For the Elkann’s lawyers – the proceedings in Thun, and the decision issued today by the first instance court, have no impact on the validity of the succession agreement and the 2004 agreement between Marella Caracciolo Agnelli and Margherita Agnelli de Pahlen (the daughter – ed.). As a consequence of these agreements, Margherita Agnelli is not an heir of Marella. Not of this opinion are the lawyers of Margherita Agnelli, according to whom “this ruling is intended to have significant implications for the ongoing proceedings, including the civil case in Turin, in which judges will be called upon to rule on the Marella Caracciolo succession, as well as the criminal proceedings involving John Elkann for fraud and aggravated fraud against the State, in relation to Marella Caracciolo’s fictitious residence in Switzerland.”
