Dear CBC, Any story that has CEOs whining about labour shortages but says *nothing* about wages is useless. If there is a shortage of workers, then wages should be going up. If wages aren't going up, why not? That employers would like to shape immigration policy to help them acquire labour on the cheap is not really news.
