Roice Anne Fox, kicked out of her hotel room on New Year's Eve: stranded travellers are receiving minimal information from the airlines + depend on eachother for the latest news.

"We take turns being awake each night tracking the flight status. I'm diagnosed with anxiety + in the last 2 days, have had panic attacks every 6 hours. The uncertainty of whether the flight is coming or not is stressful."
