Today Carney's posts a statement on YouTube: "our former strengths based on our close ties to America have become our weaknesses".
In broadcasting his statement through an American techbro owned and controlled platform and algorithm, Carney demonstrates the urgent need for #digitalsovereignty. As yet, though, this is not part of his #CanadaStrong agenda.
