And related: Eugene Airport (KEUG) has their main runway (34L) closed today, so the airliners that come in over my house are landing on significantly shorter 34R. Their approach is lower and slower as they give my tall Doug Firs a haircut.
And yes, I stop whatever I am doing to watch each one fly over, because, #Avgeek.
Brad KoehnA fellow #CampBacon camper woke us up this morning and alerted us to the coming storm. In fifteen minutes we packed our stuff and the tent and everything else. Once the storm passed we bid our farewells and returned to the land of power, plumbing, air conditioning, and peace and quiet.
