Everyone complains about #stress. Where does this feeling come from?

We are constantly exposed to signals and demands from our environment. At work, we don't have a moment when we don't receive emails or calls. New tasks come at us at a pace that makes it impossible to work through them #calmly and accurately.

That's the sad truth: We never get any #peace. We have forgotten how to be #alone with ourselves. And in this way, we are not living our own #lives, but the lives of others.
