Yesterday I walked a couple of kilometres up the canyon behind the cabin. As I suspected a pair of Ravens are nesting in it. Ravens begin nesting in March and lay beautiful pastel green blue eggs in the cold spring. #CabinLife #Birding #birds #Raven

Stayed at the cabin last night. I brought heating fuel out as we were getting low. My wife is in Pond Inlet for Nunavut Quest as she’s on the committee. So I thought there was no point in going back home. Very quiet, took the battery out of the clock because the ticking was annoying me.
Took another tank of heating fuel out tonight but I’ll head home soon. Pretty sky tonight. #CabinLife #Nunavut
