Sydney developer who illegally cut down native trees lodges plan for $10m mansion
"Property developer Amir Abu Abara illegally cut down hundreds of native trees to build a $3 million mansion in Sydney."
The new development application includes "features the same tenpin bowling alley, indoor basketball court, gym with a sauna, infinity pool, movie theatre, prayer room, man-cave, library, and an underground car park with six car spaces."
"An environmental report found Mr Abara's property was situated on environmentally-sensitive land and home to threatened species like koalas and the powerful owl."
