The eagle-eyed amongst you will spot my dog reflected in the glass door as she patiently waits for me to stop interupting her morning walk once again with yet more photographs of buildings!

A 14th Century arch used to create an entrance into a late 20th Century museum building. This is the Burrell Collection in Pollok Park in Glasgow, designed by Barry Gasson Architects and opened in 1983. This is one of several old stone arches incorporated into the building, including the 16th Century Hornby Portal, through which the main part of the museum is entered.

The Burrell Collection in Glasgow's Pollok Park. It reopened in March 2022 after a six-year refurbishment and the end result is amazing. It houses some 8,000 works of art gifted by Sir William Burrell to Glasgow City Council in 1944. More pics and info: https://www.undiscoveredscotland.co.uk/glasgow/burrellcollection/index.html
