The writing is in Russian and serves as a reference both to the 'Treachery of Images' by Magritte and to Anthony Burgess' visit to USSR. The writing itself has two meanings: 'Out of order' and 'Slacker'. The latter meaning is an in-joke towards the life of an artist.
