For anyone interested, I made a Discord bridge plugin for Minecraft versions ranging from Release 1.1 to Release 1.21.1.

I couldn't find any bridge that was for 1.4 which is why I made one.

Release 1.0 MAY happen but bukkit event handler was wayyy different in 1.0, not even reflection could save me.

Beta versions might also happen depending on if they use the same event system as r1.0, and if I get r1.0 implemented.

I'm also a new Java developer, so that probably plays into some things.

Sure, the plugin was under Apache 2.0 - but that shouldn't matter as its a #Spigot (and as so, a #Bukkit plugin) which - at least to my knowledge - *must* be under #GPL?

Anyone more knowledgeable of this situation got any idea?

For a Minecraft Java server that can take plugins, should I use Spigot or Bukkit? And what is the main difference?

#Minecraft #Bukkit #Spigot #Javascript

I don't think I ever showed this but I did some testing recent-ish for playing videos in #Minecraft: https://youtu.be/64aWNHGselk

This will hopefully end up in a
#Bukkit plugin with a more usable implementation soon™

By the way, any news on that piece of #malware that sneaked its way into Minecraft mods and Bukkit / Spigot plugins via CurseForge and similar websites ?
