I'm working on building the kind of #spiritualcommunity that I want, and I'm really excited about it so far:

We're calling it "#BreathingRoom"– a non-dogmatic spiritual community centered around practices of #breathwork, #silence, and #communitybuilding.

The idea is that activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) is a worthwhile goal for social/emotional/mental/physical wellbeing, but it also happens to be a prerequisite for spiritual/moral development and maturation.
