Got the usual odd looks drinking a #PrarieArtisanAles BOMB! #imperialStout on a warm summer evening, but damnit it’s SO GOOD! Rich and velvety with coffee, cacao, vanilla, and a hint of chili pepper.
Followed it with a shared #wabashaBrewing Horror Frost white stout, some #TopplingGoliath Rush Hollow Maple Ale, and a #BrauBrothers Moo Joos Red Velvet oatmeal #milkStout

The nose is totally red velvet cake, nailed that part! The taste is chocolate with subtle cherry notes and a sweet chaser.
