A driver mistook my #Palestine flag as a #Mexican flag at our #BoycottChevron protest in #Seattle telling me only to fly a U.S. flag. When I corrected him, he said it was "even worse", and called me a "traitor", and that I needed "to be hanged".

Underneath this xenophobic and racist veneer was just a plainly ignorant man. I felt this counter was pretty mild mannered compared to the vitriol that I've gotten from Zionists in the streets.

At our #BoycottChevron protest today a driver shouted “deportable” while we held a sign, “Chevron fuels genocide”. My friend and I are white men, and regrettably, my lineage traces to the original American settlers. This is the wild place #USpol is at today.
