"The north eastern end of the crag has its own jumble of gritstone boulders and outcrops. In the middle distance is the white farmhouse at Owlshaw with Pen-y-ghent (left) and Fountains Fell rising on the skyline above."

One of my favourites #butterflies: their brilliant orange colour as they flash by, low to the ground, always raises my spirits. We’re lucky that there’s a thriving population in a boggy area just 10 minutes drive from home, on the edge of the Forest of #Bowland.
