EntSysArchI find myself reading the Code of #Hammurabi- A King who ruled with some harsh laws e.g. Law(196) :An Eye for an Eye.
Law 229 is seriously bad - My builder would hate it !
However consider code 233 which should be considered as part of all large IT contracts - This would weed out some of the large consultancies during the bidding process ?
