There’s been rumblings ever since Agent Orange got into power that unless you were white South African or Russian, the likelihood / desire to go the US for FIFA (and upcoming Olympics) would be problematic. If not impossible.
The country has a neurosis about their borders and The Others, while seemingly no problem with breaching the borders of others.
