Had a bedbug scare at a job once & had professionals come in. They used steamer back packs & had a white gym towel wrapped around the head to make it even hotter

Used books/paper ephemera should be put in a sealed plastic bag in freezer for a few days then vacuumed b/c #bookLice is apparently a thing too
