@cdj All I know about you and this book I learned from seeing this one post, and then looking at your profile description, and my takeaway is that I really want to read the book.

I appreciate the enthusiasm of the #bookbookbook hashtag, the colourful tree, and that the book looks like a very manageable size. ;) Also, Attention and Mental Control sounds like the title of a book that I would be interested in.
