My new #BookAtBedtime is going to be #Comet by #CarlSagan and #AnnDruyan. This book was published to coincide with the return of #HalleysComet and it was a Christmas present for me in 1985. The truly shameful thing is that it has sat unread on my shelves for over four decades. Well, my father’s no longer around and I ought still to apologize to him but at last I’m going to read it. For goodness sake, it’s a shorter time to the #comet's next appearance than the last time!

One of the joys of being a #dad is the excuse to read picture books with "all the funny voices in all the right places". At the start of COVID I had to self isolate in my study for 2 weeks. I created the video below (a reading of one of the brilliant Winnie the Witch books) as an experiment to pass the time.
