In the positive column, I've almost finished reorganizing two rooms, started on my Master closet, and I scored big at the thrift store this afternoon for half-off Monday.
I'm taking a rest break before I get back to it.
Took a brief walk on a sub-freezing Sunday afternoon. Followed a walkway I'd seen before but never taken.
What do you know, it leads toward a small park area - very small but in sprawling suburbia that's like stumbling onto the equivalent of Yosemite.

Turned on a film while eating my avocado toast for brunch and it's left me in a melancholy daze. Mrs Palfrey at the Claremont isn't nearly as good as the book - SHOCK - and it's harshed my chill.
Anyway. I'm considering a short walk, followed by reading something very good, indeed, by Willa Cather.
