Many new accounts fall off, and most presumably back to X, but some stay, and we get organic activity growth at a much slower rate (until the next Xodus). Seems to be what's happening.

Where to start 1) if you have a server that makes all the rules it's not a decentralized platform it's just people hosting servers for you with your rules.
2) This isn't better than #mastodon, and the veiled attempts to drag right supremacists using it's open source code to some how make #blueskys model seem better is disingenuous.
3) if Bluesky truly embraced #decentralized social media why wouldn't it help improve #activitypub and instead build their own?
