Mars aura été un mois extrêmement neigeux avec ses alternances de ciels radieux et de blizzards apocalyptiques. Vendredi dernier et ce jour, alerte jaune sur l'intégralité du pays (et trafic aérien totalement stoppé pendant plus de 12h la semaine dernière).
