Watching #Portland scramble because of some rumor The Oregonian ran with about the #Blazers leaving just has me scratching my head. Like, if it's *that* important to the local economy, it's time to eminent domain the team into public ownership. If not, then what's wrong with the arena and why can't their billionaire owner afford to fix it?

Oregon should be pushing hard to externalize the cost of private desires of billionaires back on them, not just rolling over for them.
