Love that model. May try a mainly ‘white’ paintjob on him, with a Agrax wash. Did the last one blue, but would like to experiment.

Saw Midwinter Minis do that years ago, and really liked the final version, but mine was already finished. 😂 So glad my grown up sprog bought another copy.

Apparently, he found it languishing on a shelf in a tiny general hobby shop, at MSRP, which is bloody amazing so many years later. They had no clue what it was and were just happy to finally sell it!

Ok, finished all the #warhammerquestdarkwater miniatures. Will do a pic if anyone is interested, but I’m only aiming for #tabletop standard, not #goldendemon

My (very grown up) son turned up with a full #blackstonefortress box (sealed) and apparently muggins here is painting them… (mine are done).

Still, he’s not bothered for better than tabletop either, so I get to play with my #ArmyPainter #speedpaint . Bonus!

Really enjoying getting back into #miniaturepainting and having fun.

Two months ago, we found the remnants of Precipice in the Blackstone Fortress.
Today, we managed to take it and hold it against the forces of Obsidius Mallex. We also completed the access route to the first stronghold containing the devices required for our quest to leave the Blackstone Fortress.

Today, we continued to play Blackstone Fortress. I personally enjoy this last expansion a lot. The new fragment mechanism brings freshness and makes it feel less repetitive but with simpler rules than the previous ones.
