What interested me here wasn’t belief so much as the collision: ceremony, candles, suits, and a narrow street still pretending it belongs to traffic.

Sometimes the city belongs to ritual, not to rules.

A man hauling stacked chairs through a graffiti-heavy street, half swallowed by contrast and bad urban manners.

What I like here is the imbalance: the load becomes structure, the structure becomes gesture, and the whole thing looks one second away from collapse.
