"Mountain Bluebirds and Friends"

Of course, if I'm going to name myself Mountain Bluebird Photography, I best capture some Mountain Bluebird photographs! I had a fairly incredible streak of luck in March of 2021 with my first real dive into avian photography - all the birds were coming to me! I had to do very little work or hiding to get any of these shots. I've yet to have such luck again.

A fun fact about mountain bluebirds is when winter comes around in Colorado, you don't have to go very far to see them again; a trip to Arizona, New Mexico or Western Texas will bring you into the heart of their wintering territories!
