Before we finish burying #BillWalton, I have two thoughts (plus the attached from Madison)..

1) He was the first player that I saw execute what is now called the "Alley-Oop" play. My dad's description: "They'd throw the ball in the general direction of the basket, and he'd snatch the ball out of the air and throw it into the basket."

2) Just before the NBA draft, there was a short item reported... that the Harlem Globetrotters were seriously interested in hiring him.
