Busy weekend with Tempe Bicycle Action Group!

Yesterday we helped marshal Doreen Garlid’s candidate ride as part of our candidate group rides initiative, and ended the day with our Trick-or-Treat Ride! 👻

And all just in time for some actually nice weather for a change 😎

Passed Tempe Town Lake this morning on a ride, and have to say I don’t think I’ve seen this much water being drained off before! The Verde and Salt reservoir systems are about full so they’re making room for extra capacity.

Finally tried taking the Crosscut Canal Path coming back from the Arizona Canal, so nice! Great views along the way, even saw some bighorn sheep in their enclosure at the Phoenix Zoo.
