Starting June 1, PBOT and Plaid Pantry will give out 5k helmets across 53 locations in #Portland for 2 weeks (or until out) in partnership with #Lime.

Helmets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all Portlanders aged 12 and up, one per person. #Oregon law requires all e-scooter riders to wear a helmet, regardless of age; #cyclists under 16 are required to wear an approved helmet while riding on a public path or roadway.
