So I started riding to work again, and I've already left more unreported bike lane obstructions than I've sent ones in. Relying on bicyclists to self report problems instead of just building safe infrastructure is designed to encourage non-compliance and under-reporting. I don't always feel like looking some guy in the face while taking a pic of his license plate. #biketooter #bikeDEN
