efficient health care is every doctor and nurse making money for a #bigCorp and making more money every hour.
effective health care is doctors and nurses with little to do but ready and trained to handle emergencies when they arise.
keep in mind that #bigCorp is paying both parties so why do we expect a different outcome.
We need progressive people, not dem or rep but people that understand what democracy means, its not just how we vote.

What you are talking about is CURES for diseases. #bigCorp doesn't want cures, they want treatments. There is more profit in treatments.
Develop a treatment once and profit forever.
Science is providing cures and thus they attack science.
