Ok, why not: here's a beta version of #bfxr 2 - there's a lot of work to do - I plan on overhauling the presets a lot, but it's basically working - you can use it for generating .WAV files but don't expect the other file formats to be stable/reliable for a few weeks bfxr.net/beta
