Today I received the latest release in the #tinyHaus limited beer series from #10BarrelBrewing, Marionberry Cheesecake Sour. It’s release 011 in the series, and the first of 2023; it’s an “imperial” #BerlinerWeisse with 6.1% alcohol by volume.

One thing I love about homebrewing is that my mom's house uses well water, so even if someone got the same recipe and mimicked my boil exactly, there would still be subtle differences in the beer. Totally unique!

Grown in #WoodburyGA and soaked in #SimpleMan #Vodka from #KennesawGA, these little babies are being sterilized and infused at the same time!

I’m going to add them to my wort just after primary fermentation gets going to give my little friends something else to chew on.
