now that the $1.4 billion worth of crypto stolen from #Bybit is being laundered through #MarcAndreessen / #a16z’s Uniswap (so North Korea can continue to fund its nuclear weapons program), I figured it would be a good time to repost this explanation of how the last massive pile of stolen crypto was also laundered through Marc Andreessen’s Uniswap.

tl;dr there are no incentives in a16z's business model to dissuade north korea (or whoever) from laundering stolen crypto. in fact quite the opposite - a16z and Marc Andreessen massively profits from the popularity of its money laundering service.

"investing" in crypto is literally investing in crime.
