What changes are coming?
The biggest takeaways from #Bengals director of personnel Duke Tobin's season-ending press conference:
#Bengals director of personnel Duke Tobin addressed questions from Cincinnati reporters for an hour on Friday.
Topics include:
- Are changes coming?
-Defensive issues
-Is this a make-or-break year for the Duke Tobin/Zac Taylor regime?

Says he’s happy with the growth of some players, but they don’t have a defensive leader right now.

Fair play to Duke for spending an hour speaking there. He needs to do that more often, and in season.
And it was a nice touch to give Jay and his family a shout-out.
I like the fact that he understands that there's a lot of disillusionment within the fanbase, and he understands where most of the problems occurred last season. I like the fact that he's angry and pissed off, too.
