I felt like bringing some surprise end-of-year-snacks for our team today (my first year in that #job) - it's been a tough year for all of us & we rarely meet in person.

Apparently this wasn't done before....suddenly our team leader made sure to get several drinks for all and we got to "party undisturbed" for one hour with lots of talking, ranting and laughing... actually team building.

Never underestimate the positive impact of little things you do & just #BeingKind ☺️
