I've just ordered a #begali HST III.
Not sure if my stage of learning #morsecode justifies such a key, but we learned when the kids were young and learning to play various musical instruments that it was a handicap to them to try to learn on cheap substandard ones.
Met up with #radioamateurs from #OZ7SAC club station at ‘Busbjerg’, a new POTA site in OZ (Denmark), DK-0214.
Brought my IC-7000 along with a ‘flowerpot’ antenna for 6m and a brand new #greencell LiFePO4 battery.
A heavy backpack, but only a short hike (and 60m ascent 🥵) from the nearby parking lot.
As it turned out, 6m was dead, at last seen from my end, so no QSOs this time.
My friends had more luck with 20m and 2m 👍🏼
Hello Matt If you search for the keywords “Palm” or “Bamatech” you’ll find a whole lot of information. In general, you should test whether you like holding the key in your hand or whether you want to attach it to a device (perhaps a desk pad).
