Another successful brew day. Brewing is a nice 5ish hours of me time in the garage. It’s almost zen like at times (as long as I haven’t cocked anything up). Sometimes people ask if I miss brewing professionally, and yeah, sometimes I do. But brewing your own beer at home for an audience of one is such a more satisfying feeling. It’s just doing what you love because you love it.
