Saturday June 20th in Beaverton will be the Symposium 2026, a day of program items honoring local author STEVE PERRY. It will run 10 am to 5 pm at the easily accessible Masonic Lodge, 4690 SW Watson, not far from the Beaverton City Library. Cost for the event is $15.

This was my rad vegan birthday cake that was made with love from a local bakery. It was vanilla cake with a cherry frosting. It was absolutely delicious.
For anyone in the Portland metro area, you gotta check out the one and only Carinaβs Bakery. Itβs a Swedish bakery, run by a chef who survived brain cancer as a child. Everything is vegan and most things are GF. Itβs all delicious.
