This beautiful area is near Silverton and has unfortunately become too popular to enjoy. Almost a constant roar and dust from cars, trucks, trailers, ATVs going up the one gravel road and returning the same way. It's possible to love Mother Earth too much and this is happening all over the west. I am forced to acknowledge my contribution, though I strive to quietly leave no trace of my presence.
