School board chair Nicole Duncan said "said trustees believe the process was a "setup" co-ordinated by senior ministry staff." Sounds like . . . maybe Duncan thinks this could have been run out of Eby's office with #bced ministry staff, rather than being led by Minister Lisa Beare? 🤷‍♂️😕
