We watched Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League. And just like it's prequel, it knows how to have fun. And it knows these chars. And reimagins them in playful ways. I dont like an evil Superman, but this makes up for it.
This is is also a beautiful movie. The art is stellar. Took a while to get used to the some of the stuff thts PS5 gfx. But there's a reason.
Great fun. Give it a try.

The sequel is out, so I thought I would waste an afternoon watching #BatmanNinja (2019). I dont have high expectations of DC animated movies.
IIIIII was wrong. This was great. It is just the right balance of action, ridiculousness, & realism. And utterly beautiful! Not one frame is wasted.
Each char is nailed just right, esp in their feudal Japan translation. Tony Hale as the Joker is 10/10. And then the 2D anim'd bit in the middle?! 😮 Fantastic movie.
