The City of Bartlesville is getting ready to welcome golfers back to its public course later this year. Adams Golf Course has been closed since last fall, while it gets $2 million in upgrades that were approved by voters.Changes at the CourseOsage SkyNews 6 recently flew over the course to get a look at the changes.
